While the sale isn’t for a few weeks, Sephora has already shared some early details, including key dates that shoppers should take note of. If you’re a Beauty Insider (Sephora’s loyalty program) anxiously awaiting this year’s sale, here’s what we know so far about this season’s biggest beauty event (plus some of our favourite Canadian brands to shop on sale).

Sephora spring sale key dates
Sale start dates and discounts for Sephora’s Spring Savings Event vary depending on your Beauty Insider status. However, all Beauty Insiders can save 30 per cent on Sephora Collection products from April 4 – 14, 2025.

Who can shop the Sephora spring sale
Sephora’s spring sale is only open to Beauty Insiders, also known as members of the retailer’s loyalty program. If you’re not already a member, you can sign up for free to save on your next purchase. Once the sale begins, members can use the code SAVEMORE at checkout to apply the discount.
What’s included in the 2025 Sephora spring sale?
With a few select exceptions, just about everything is included in the Spring Savings Event. It’s the perfect time to take advantage of up to 20 per cent off highly coveted beauty must-haves like the Dyson Airwrap, Shark FlexStyle or rarely-discounted beauty brands.

What’s not included in the 2025 Sephora spring sale?
Discounts don’t apply to MAC Cosmetics VIVA GLAM products, in-store services, previous purchases or gift cards. There are also customer limitations on select items, including limits of one Dyson item, one Shark Beauty item, three The Ordinary items and three Nutrafol items per transaction.
Canadian beauty brands at Sephora
While Sephora may not be a Canadian brand (it originated in France), there are plenty of home-grown beauty brands available to shop once the sale begins.
Makeup:
- BASMA Beauty: Burn survivor Basma Hameed launched BASMA Beauty in 2021 as a way to create makeup formulas for every skin tone, texture and undertone.
- Cheekbone Beauty: Headquartered in St. Catharines, Ont., founder Jenn Harper incorporates her Indigenous roots into a modern makeup brand.
- ILIA: Vancouver-born siblings Sasha and Zac Pvlasic are the brains behind this clean skincare-powered makeup brand.
- MAC Cosmetics: Founded in Toronto in 1984 by Frank Toskan and Frank Angelo to meet the needs of makeup artists.
- Nudestix: Toronto-based sisters Ally and Taylor Frankel, with the help of their mother, created Nudestix to offer barely-there makeup that highlights natural skin.
- Velour Lashes: Toronto-based Velour’s cruelty free false eyelashes are individually hand-made with luxury materials.

Skincare:
- Skinfix: Headquartered in Halifax, Skinfix delivers clean, clinically proven products to support the skin barrier.
